Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care
Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at NurseCore Management Services LLC. We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses in the Hereford area to provide exceptional care to our home health patients. The ideal candidate will have wound care experience, and we offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and ongoing support for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and revisions of patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in NurseCore's education programs relevant to patient care.
- Mentor and educate co-workers to enhance team performance.
- Record and report changes in patients' conditions accurately.
- Effectively communicate with patients' families to provide guidance and support.
- Update medical conditions to physicians and Clinical Director as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Wound care experience.
- Active RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Texas.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification per American Heart Association standards.
- Negative TB/PPD or recent Chest X-Ray.
- Successful completion of skills assessment in relevant areas.
