Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As an RN in home care, you will provide essential care to our patients in the Borger area. Responsibilities
- Participate in patient assessments and care plan development.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with patient care teams and medical providers.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Record and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients’ families for support and guidance.
- Provide updates on patients’ conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Wound care experience preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Texas.
- 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Skills assessment completion.
