Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement client care following facility and NurseCore standards.
- Maintain competency through ongoing education and training.
- Administer medications, carry out treatments, and assist with admissions and discharges.
- Respect patients' rights, maintain confidentiality, and perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the State of _____.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting.
- Current CPR certification per American Heart Association standards.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of skills assessment.
