Job Description
City Experiences is seeking a Restaurant Manager to successfully direct and oversee all activities of the dining cabin and galley to ensure high-quality food and drinks, hospitable service, and profitable operations at our operation in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and shipmates, adhering to the RESPECT Service System (RSS).
- Lead by example to maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong work habits within the crew.
- Attend all scheduled meetings and operate restaurant systems efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five years of total restaurant experience in a full-service, high-volume environment.
- Supervisory experience is a must.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Responsible alcohol service requirements-TIPS Certification preferred.
