School Bus Driver

Job Description

First Student, the largest school transportation provider in North America, is seeking School Bus Drivers to join their team in Bridgeport, MI. This role offers a starting wage of $17.25/hr with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. No experience is necessary as training is provided. Drivers will receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with 401k retirement savings plans. PAID CDL training is also included.

Responsibilities

• Transporting students to and from school safely
• Utilizing industry-leading technology for route guidance
• Conducting pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Assisting students with boarding and exiting the bus

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Subject to a drug screen and physical
