Senior Product Designer (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Cella, a leading global financial services firm. In this role, you will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create user experiences that exceed customer expectations. From concept to execution, you will drive the design process, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of finance and technology, shaping cutting-edge solutions that impact both customers and the financial industry. This is a 6-month hybrid contract position, requiring onsite presence in Wilmington, DE three times a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects for Cash & Check products.
• Define the user experience vision and foster collaboration.
• Conduct formative and summative research.
• Create high-level prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver the final product.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and business requirements.
• Optimize all aspects of user experience for improved usability and visual design.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver on timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCD Interaction, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating service design and research.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
