Join our client's Marketing team as a Senior Studio Manager specialized in photography. You will be at the forefront of managing a diverse team of creatives to produce high-end volume photography and videos across various platforms. This role encompasses coordinating resources, setting style guidelines, and ensuring efficient studio operations to deliver top-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver brand-aligned visual content.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Set up and maintain a high-volume photography studio for diverse touchpoints.
• Manage assets library and digital asset management for brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Degree in photography or related field with 5-7 years of experience in professional photography and team leadership.
• Proficiency in product photography, videography, studio equipment, and post-production tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience managing a high-volume photography/video studio.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
