Senior Teller- West Chicago

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Teller to join the team at our West Chicago branch. As a member of our Retail department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while handling financial transactions and maintaining the confidentiality of customer account information. You will also be responsible for training junior-level tellers and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial transactions and handle customer inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
• Train new tellers on Bank policies, procedures, and products.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and assist in reconciling errors or discrepancies.
• Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and process bond redemptions.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and maintain good customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in banking, credit union, or currency exchange.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
