Social Worker
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, offering a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000. As part of our Allied Health team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families to address various challenges they may be facing.
Job Summary
- Provide support with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
- Assist patients in understanding medical procedures and treatments.
- Offer counseling on topics such as aging, powerlessness, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW qualification.
