Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health. As a full-time Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
