Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's dynamic team at Levindale Hospital. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning. This role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) with a preference for a Master's degree and LCSW-C certification.
Responsibilities

Requirements
