Boeing Global Services is seeking a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer to join the Training Systems - Battlespace Simulation Management team in Hazelwood, Missouri. Join us in building the next generation of flight simulators to train military pilots and develop subsystems for Boeing Flight Trainers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with software systems development, architecture, and maintenance
  • Develop, integrate, and test software components
  • Collaborate in design and implementation peer reviews
  • Utilize agile practices within a scrum team for new features and capabilities
  • Troubleshoot software issues and promote continuous improvement

Hybrid Position: Onsite work required, occasional travel may be necessary. Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship are mandatory.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Computer Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of object-oriented programming experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UX/UI design using tools such as Qt
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Visual Studio
  • Understanding of simulation standards and aviation systems
  • Aircraft platforms background is advantageous

Education/Experience: Advanced technical education in engineering with 2+ years of relevant work experience

Salary Transparency: Competitive compensation package: $85,000 - $115,000. Relocation assistance available.
