Job Description
Corewell Health is looking for a dedicated Special Procedure Tech to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Special Procedure Tech, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, assisting physicians, and ensuring quality patient-centered care throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during invasive and interventional procedures.
- Deliver intra-procedural technical support and quality patient care.
- Perform and document hemodynamic/physiologic waveforms and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
- Participate in 3D imaging, vascular, cerebral cases, and other specialized procedures as needed.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and relevant certifications.
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
