Job Description
Zurich North America is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support its Life A&H division at the corporate headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. As a key liaison between the business and IT, you will lead agile teams in executing tactical and strategic initiatives, defining problem statements, and framing solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and expertise in the insurance / financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into technical solutions.
- Lead agile teams in delivering solutions, including change management activities.
- Research, analyze, and design recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering with 8+ years of IT experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of IT experience.
- Proficiency in process reengineering, LEAN/Six Sigma, and process modeling tools.
- Experience in insurance application system design/analysis and use case development.
- Preferred qualifications include Agile Project Methodology, Certified Scrum Master, and consulting experience.
