Staff Nurse RN / LPN

Job Description

Peak Resources, a leading NC nursing home, memory care, and assisted living company with multiple locations, is seeking Nurses to join their team. Full-time and part-time positions with various shifts are available, offering benefits like health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan. Sign-on bonuses are currently being offered at Peak Resources Alamance for both LPNs and RNs.

Primary Role Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN): Responsible for initiating and implementing healthcare plans and other nursing duties within the scope of practice. Directs the daily functions of nursing assistants and ensures compliance with all regulations.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Participates in implementing healthcare plans for assigned residents under the supervision of an RN. Supports ongoing data collection.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Active RN/LPN license in the State.
• Current BLS CPR Certification.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
