Job Description
We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products efficiently and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
- Operate cash registers accurately and follow company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, participate in store inventory counts, and communicate feedback to management.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
