Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
