Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service to our shoppers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
