We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure organized merchandise displays.
- Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
- Experience in retail environment desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
