The Boeing Company is seeking a Systems Engineer (Mid-Level, Senior, Consultant) to join their team in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Government Training Engineering (GTE) organization on a Proprietary Program. The successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and motivated to find their lane to support a business that is growing. This will be a hands-on position in a development lab environment with a focus on Systems Engineering processes including requirements development, integration, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating within a cross-functional team to make mutually acceptable decisions.
• Writing performance, specification, and compliance requirements for Training Solutions.
• Leading Hardware-Software Integration (HSI) and Verification in a development lab environment.
• Ensuring compliance of system design to security requirements and configuration-control processes.
• Assisting other team members in day-to-day operations in a fast-paced development environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
• Experience in deriving technical requirements and creating test plans.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools and processes.
