Boeing is currently seeking a Systems Integration Engineer experienced in leading technical efforts to join the T-7A Advanced Pilot Training Program in St. Louis, MO. This role involves system design for the T-7A aircraft and interfacing with ground-based training systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in technical integration, collaboration with partner SAAB, and support the design of new T-7A derivative aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system verification and airworthiness reviews
  • Manage technical communications
  • Resolve technical issues and drive solutions using RCCA process
  • Implement new design criteria, technical requirements, and processes
  • Support technical contractual deliverables and risk mitigation
  • Assist in production, test activities, and issue resolution across program areas
  • Manage PLM 3D engineering data for aft fuselage
  • Engage with program and customer technical leadership

This position offers relocation and requires U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

Requirements (Experienced Level)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • 3+ years' experience in technical issue resolution and aerospace industry
  • Desirable: Software and hardware integration, system level architecture, airworthiness certification

Requirements (Lead Level)

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 9+ years' experience in technical area
  • Desirable: Same as Experienced Level
