Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing financial transactions, and promoting financial solutions to our clients. Your role will involve opening new accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive banking experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests and account openings.
- Perform financial transactions, including transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
