Job Description

Zepf Center, a leading behavioral health and substance use disorder services provider in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a full-time Youth Office Based Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing structured therapy to children and youth. The position entails working with clients in Zepf facilities and potentially in their natural environment, including evening appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments for children and youth.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with SED diagnosis.
  • Develop and monitor Individual Service Plans.
  • Facilitate referrals to internal and external resources.
  • Maintain clinical records and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and current licensure (LSW, LISW, PC, PCC, CT, or equivalent).
  • No criminal record preventing work in a child-serving environment.
  • Background in supervision, program development, and crisis intervention preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance coverage if driving for business purposes.
