Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products to our stores. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations in ambient and temperature-controlled environments. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and conduct inventory counts.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective operations.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
- Basic arithmetic skills, communication proficiency, and ability to follow instructions.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
