Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager in Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our innovative team. This role will involve understanding the scope of Medical Affairs training and excellence while showcasing exceptional organizational and project management skills. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plans, learning programs, and field excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop scientific training curriculum and enhance field Medical capabilities for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Create strategic training plans for USMA teams, including onboarding programs and continuous education initiatives.
• Utilize field medical experience to support new hire onboarding and facilitate continuous development plans for the USMA teams.
• Maintain and update training content regularly to reflect current data and disease state information.
• Evaluate training program success and adapt curriculum and delivery methods as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with strong knowledge of training and excellence needs.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas is advantageous.
• Experience in adult learning education and training is desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
