Job Description
We are hiring a Director, Statistical Programming to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients worldwide. As the Director, you will lead a team responsible for managing clinical studies, overseeing statistical analysis, and ensuring compliance with SOPs to deliver quality results.
Responsibilities
- Manage product leaders and external personnel for ongoing and new clinical studies.
- Oversee statistical programming activities and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with key functions within the company to drive strategic goals and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop performance requirements, assess team performance, and provide leadership and mentorship to statistical programmers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics or related fields.
- 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in global clinical trial practices, SAS programming, and drug development regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
