Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our innovative team dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. As a key member of the Analytics & Insights team, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytics methodologies to generate actionable insights, drive strategic decisions, and enhance market performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the application of cutting-edge analytics techniques to identify opportunities and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes.
- Analyze key brand metrics and market data to drive business growth.
- Communicate recommendations and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as Symphony and IQVIA.
