Salary Range: $253,600-$380,400
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the Late Development Team in Oncology. This critical role involves providing strategic and operational leadership to progress products from proof of concept to approval, ensuring alignment with the Target Product Profile and maximizing value for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams in executing product strategy from POC to approval
- Establish vision and strategy for products, optimizing value for patients
- Develop Integrated Product Development Plans and oversee regulatory filings
- Provide guidance to functional matrix teams and mentor team members
- Collaborate with leaders to align on development strategy and optimize product value
Requirements:
- +15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Proven leadership in late-stage drug development programs
- Experience in Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic collaborations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required
