Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
• Move merchandise strategically within the warehouse.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and assist in budget management.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy products, operating equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
