1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers up to $22.00 per hour and involves working 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, and relocating stock efficiently, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards, taking inventory counts, and collaborating with team members and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
