1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials.

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Schedules

We have various schedules available to accommodate different preferences for days off and working weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
