1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Follow ergonomic and safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
