1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, with 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Engage in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goal achievement.
• Follow safety guidelines and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
