Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, managing warehouse inventory, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety, and report issues to management.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
