1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with peers and leadership. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Act independently within your responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures.
• Perform cleaning duties and other assigned tasks.

Education and Experience

• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
