Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This position offers competitive wages starting from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, with various shift options available. As a Warehouse Associate, your role will involve receiving and handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality, safety standards, and warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate within delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
