Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team to achieve warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Cooperate with peers and management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any issues.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable to challenges and changes.
• Efficient and organized in executing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
