1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores. This position offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour for an average of 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Achieve assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Aptitude for working independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and carry out physical tasks.
