Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift, Full-Time

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Inspects product quality and safety concerns.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and improving processes.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication, basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures, operate powered industrial equipment.
