1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to ensure a smooth operation and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to meet warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for product quality and safety.
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
