Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is effectively received, stored, and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.
- Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic proficiency and following instructions accurately.
- Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
