Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures for equipment operation.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
