Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment and maintain compliance with safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
