Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
