1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers competitive wages and benefits including a starting wage of up to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties such as receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
