Job Description

We are currently hiring for Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leaders.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and within company policies.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
