1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour with the potential to work 30-35 hours per week on the 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and adapt to changes.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
