Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and a range of schedules to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
