We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Move and organize merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
