Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, and drive for success.
• Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
